I ordered N95 masks and they were delivered to San Francisco when I’m in NY. I try and contact seller and I notice they sent me a message through DHGate, instead of sending me an email, stating they no longer have the N95 masks so they sent different masks without my consent! They should have waited for confirmation from me instead of sending masks I did not want nor did I receive! I try and dispute the order and get a refund but that looks like it’s impossible! I will never order from DHGate again nor would I refer them to anyone else!
