Due to school closures, I was unable to receive my package since it was being delivered to my college dorm room. My school sent back packages because we are not allowed to go to the school to get anything and because they are unsure when we will be back. After trying to contact my seller 4 times, with no response back, I was informed by the DHGate team that my dispute was being closed due to insufficient information. I told them multiple times that I was unable to get the package and that my dorm was sending it back, yet they said to get the package from the dorm and to send pictures of my package to them. Obviously they werent reading emails or truly caring about their customers.
