Exotic plants mafia. Don’t use their service. Very poor performance. 0 star experience. Having issues right now with plants package from Indonesia. Already sent with all needed phytosanitary and plant papers which I was charged as well in Indonesia. They charged double price and yet here I am waiting the plants to be delivered 11days later and still no sign when the package will be delivered. Please don’t use them, their system does not work and overpriced, no real communication to clients when plants will be delivered. Plant package mafia. The boasted to people in Indonesia if not use them it’s harder to get a clearance from customs, £200 and 11days later still no sign of plants. Very disappointing.
