Would prefer to rate DHL Ireland as a zero. I have paid over 287 euros to have my daughter’s Christmas presents to be delayed, unable to access her account to pay the duties, no one answering the telephone or responding to customers inquiries. Finally get everything resolved and 2 days past when they stated that they would deliver the package these incompetent people still did not deliver the package like they promise. Now my daughter has nothing for Christmas. What a waste of money. Thanks for making her first Christmas away from home so lonely and terrible. Never again.
