My mum was sending a suitcase of things to me in cork, from the UK. It ended up going to Germany.
Contacted DHL Ireland customer service, no help at all. Seriously I can't see why this company are still working. They're a disgrace. Paid 75 for duty and customs due to brexit. Still waiting for my suitcase. I haven't seen my parents since 2019 because of this damn coronavirus and this has been stressful to deal with.
