First of all I buyed something from Canada, they didn't announce me I have to pay taxes, than I spoke with them 3 times with different persons from custom department, delivery department and another department, all of them they "were nice" on the phone and very helpful but...they told me that I will receive an email and a text message with the information I had needed, no text, no email : and remember 3 times. Than when I received the purcell there was no phone call, nothing,he just left it to someone but on the app appears "received and signed by me" which is totally incorrect Overall is huge lack of information and communication from them. When you have to pay taxes for almost a quarter from the value of your parcel, this the treatment we deserve from them?! They just don't care. Definetely I would not recommend it..
