Misled original contract was taken out via phones 4u with O2. Dial a phone contacted me in February and advised that I could have a upgrade. I thought the original contract would be cancelled and superseded by orange. However this was not the case apparently it was up to me to cancel it. Totally mislead be careful think before you act
