De bestelling en levering van de diamond painting ( eigen foto ) is prima verlopen,maar.....
ik heb een contactformulier ingevuld mbt tot een klacht en een paar keer een mail gestuurd met dezelfde klacht, inmiddels ruim 3 weken later en nog steeds niets gehoord.
Ondanks dat de foto aan de eisen voldoet mbt de pixels zijn de geleverde steentjes niet in de juiste kleur. Het zand, water en de lucht hebben allemaal dezelfde kleur steentjes zonder nuances, op de foto is het duidelijk anders.
