Since the first time I’ve used Diane and George there as been a huge missunderstanding. The fact that I’m having troubles with writing my review it’s already a proof for this practice… I brought my 6 months puppy to Diane, and everything looked fine. She gave me a quote of £60.00 for my first puppy grooming. When I collected him, he looked like a very different posh poodle, and on top of that me being charged £70.00 instead of £60.00. Now, I’m not upset with Diane, as she clearly cannot deal with communication and starting a new chapter over… I’m upset to myself, as I have trusted someone, who cannot keep up the trust and hold on to that for her clients. I’ve tried many times to tell the story here, but apparently, when I get to go onto details, Google is cutting me off…..!!! You know thay people, trust Diane, until she will disappoint you fully!! As she did with me. That’s what happened to me, Despite I did contacted her to apologised and discuss whatever the Vet said. Not going to use this woman again. She is so full of herself and with lucking the great gift of re-valuing her clients….!!! To me Diane and George is actually less than 2 stars ⭐️ You guys do your own experience and see, how she will behave when she’s getting mad at something. I’m DONE with her and them !!!! 😳😳😳
