Bought one of the "accounts" for the Nintendo switch.
Account advertised with instant delivery. sure.
The seller started to ghost me as soon as I complained after 24h of not receiving my account. rude and fragmentary responses were all I got. I've let 10 days pass before realizing the seller is not going to deliver what it was promised. Alright, I thought, I bought from this site because a warranty on the product was advertised, I'm just going to ask for a refund directly from the support of the site and they are going to give me back my money.

My call for help is answered by mighty Taylor from the support "team".

He says only the seller can give me a refund.
I say wtf. how? the seller is not going to give me a refund! there has to be something you can do to give me my money back.
