I have spent over a week now trying to get a refund for a game they've been trying to give to me in the most suspicious, roundabout way. They want to use a qr code to grant me access to "their account" that allows them to control whether or not I can sign in and play the game. It's been nothing but back and forth with the seller, the company trying to avoid getting involved, blocking me from filing a ticket and a case for 24 hours, then another 48 hours, just to ignore my request for a refund. Total scam.
