I found Paul Minkin to be extremely helpful and professional, in no way wishing to push or influence other products and knowing what I required. I've experienced no problems at all with hearing aid. Paul came to my house at a convenient time and from the initial diagnostic assessment, the hearing aid was supplied within a couple of weeks and again Paul came to the house - which is probably a round trip of 70 miles. The back up service in supplying batteries etc is also excellent, albeit the on line ordering doesn't always work leading to email or phone call, but again the delivery is with me in a couple of days. I'll have no hesitation in using your services again in the future and intend to do so shortly. Kevin Watson
