I was sent faulty screen that fails upon installation, we work with multiple companies for screen repair parts and are used to issue with third party parts.
Contacted company to see about replacement. Was told they will not offer replacements until item is sent back to them at our cost for verification of fault. They also will not tell you what the process in the verification.
No mention of what happens to the product if they deem it not covered and what will be done to make the situation right.
