Digitalscrapbook is a fabulous company. They offer many, many high-quality graphics and scrapbook kits. The images are always crisp and clear, and someone can spend hours going through their files and picking and choosing what they want. The shop has several designers that provide graphics and sets to the shop, and they have a variety of styles that appeal to a wide range of people. I have the commercial user plan, which has a flexible and generous license. Marisa, the owner and director of the shop, has developed a warm, welcoming platform that is easy to navigate, and is very encouraging to member participation. There are several sections of the site on which the members are encouraged to upload the pages that they have made and receive comments about the work. When I visit, I routinely look at the uploads and comments, and I have never, never read a snarky comment. All the members that comment seem to be very welcoming and supportive of others. MarisA is also very aware of her customers. A couple of times When it has been a while since I logged in, I have received a couple of very nice, non-invasive emails checking to make sure I'm okay, calling attention to new sets I have missed, etc. Since I don't pay for individual files, but pay a yearly price, I feel like Marisa truly cares about her customers and genuinely wants help. Bottom line is, Fabulous company, fabulous plan, fabulous members, fabulous owner!! Join already!! Kate
