DON'T PRE-ORDER ANYTHING!! (Germany) I pre-ordered a product from Galaxis that I need today on release day 3.5 months ago. After checking again yesterday, the site still stated that it would be arriving today. Today I check if I have tracking or anything and I see that the delivery date has been pushed back a ridiculous amount! I of course contacted support immediately and I learn that they don't even have a system in place that takes track of the amount of incoming and outgoing items! They sell stuff on their site, lull you into thinking until the very last day that it will arrive on time while they sit on the money we of course had to pay in advance not even notifying us that there's been too many orders. I did not even get an email over this. Not once in the timespan of 3,5 months did I hear a whiff about them not being able to deliver. Not even on the day they changed the delivery date to some time next month. Rude and unprofessional, take your money elsewhere.
