I purchased a scooter from Digitec for 600 CHF, and after just five months of use, it stopped working. When I reached out to Digitec, I was shocked to hear they would not honor the warranty and instead offered to fix it for 700 CHF. This feels completely unfair, especially since the issue is likely due to a product defect. There was no room for discussion or compromise, and the customer service response was less than helpful. It's incredibly frustrating when a company as large as Digitec doesn't take responsibility and genuinely care about its customers.
