Hi we had a 45 year old garage door and I had been looking to replace this door but I could not find a company local to me in Buxton I was searching on line and came across Dimension Garage Doors in strains New mills I spoke to mark explained what I was looking for we arrange for him to call. He rang before he arrived which was great i made him a coffee whilst he measured up and he gave me a quote there and then i decided that i would have a electric roller door and Mark explained what he would need to do to fi one of these doors. I decide to go for a Black roller door & panelling Mark explained he would have to order this for me and it would take about 2 weeks. I received a phone call from Mark stating he had received this order and we needed a date to come fit we agreed on a date 19/3/24. He rang me on the day before turning up he was in Glossop doing another job. Mark & dad turned up write on time i made them a Coffee they set off removing he old garage door it took them abort three hours to complete the job! and what can i say what wonderful job they both done they cleaned up took the old door away you would not know they even been on the driveway at all they cleaned all up and even swept my garage out for me. The customer service is fantastic they rang when they need to Mark was to efficient in what he does and with t being a local company which we always try to use it was a job well done and completed fanatic 10/10 i really would recommend Dimension Garage Doors for first class old fashioned service from Mark & dad.
