Storage heater wasn't working right in the house. Parts of the radiator was cold. When submitting the report all they seemed to respond was the report showed it was working correctly. This went on for 2 months while the house was freezing cold. They have not sent anyone out to check. Even though the radiators are the correct choice for the room size according to their online guide. Less than 2 years old and covered under warranty but did not want to resolve the issue as the report showed it working properly. These did work at the beginning but they are not interested in attending or resolving. After care is shocking and reading other reviews is clearly an issue.
