Item was sent even though messages were sent via email and WhatsApp to cancel shipment. Item arrived but I could not get any help or response to raise a free returns label as stated on the website. The website says click here to access returns label nothing happens. Company address on website does not match the map location, wonder if this was deliberate so the customer cannot return the item. When I returned the item, unopened, by special delivery and after almost 7 days I had WhatsApp message that I sent the item to the wrong address. 23 days have gone and no refund including the additional postage cost incurred by me. I will not use Pricelulu ever again and they are probably not concerned by this.
