Purchased a Samsung galaxy Tab 7, the screen failed, called Samsung UK to fix under warranty and they informed me dimprice have sold me a product that has no warranty with Samsung UK as it has been imported. dimprice are not authorised by Samsung to sell their products. Dimprice then refused to honour the warranty under their own 12-month warranty scheme. The warranty scheme from dimprice is advertised on their website at point of sale. Dimprice tried to charge me £60 even to have a look at it.
Avoid dimprice at all costs they are a scam company
