I rarely leave reviews and it usually takes me a lot to be brought to this point. This review is only regarding the level of customer service as goods were not delivered yet. And this is the reason for the review. I have been chasing this company for the last three days for an update on the delivery. I have receive a confirmation email stating goods will be delivered by the 9th. I was told on each occasion they cannot advise on the delivery date but kept referring to the email received and that update will follow. Only to find out today goods will be delivered 3 days later. Had tradesman booked for the day and now obvious I am out of pocket for working day spent with no goods. The attitude of these people after taking your money is, deal with it, we have your cash. Don't care, don't know, not my problem. I am also having second thoughts after reading some of the products reviews here. Please look at all the negative reviews before buying.
