We ordered decking for like £1300, the delivery driver came delivered everything but mistakenly swap screws. We received someone else screws, when we noticed after 15 min and contact the driver, he said he is not able to come back and they send to us the screws by DPD next day. We were a bit disappointed and angry because my husband took day off and wanted to start doing it, but he couldn’t because of driver being lazy to come back. We called customer service and the lady on the phone contacted driver, I thought she can do anything but she didn’t do it, she said the same what driver said to us. After when we received next day afternoon, we just check the quality of the screws and decking, which I do not recommend to anyone. Cheap material
