I can't say enough good things about the customer service here. Last month I made and paid for a rush order that did not arrive in time for my trip (and after the delivery window I had paid quite a bit extra for.). When I contacted the store upon my return they immediately refunded the shipping charge and sent me a return label. The paper work was simple, the conversations with the store cordial, and I only wish they were neart my house on the West Coast because they'd have a customer for life. Thank you guys for making a potentially fraught experience painless and easy.
