Ordered a baby swing the 8th July, no indication on them not having the stock, had a voice mail a week after order saying it will be the first week in August was annoyed but very busy with new baby, chased them first week of August to be told should be with you before the weekend and nothing has arrive so messaged again to be told some confusion and should be the end of this month so in total waiting nearly two months, I have told them to cancel it my baby will be too big to use it by the time it comes so disappointed with this, I would have not been as bothered if it said on the website when they anticipate delivery and then to be not kept up to date with it and me chasing when I don't really have the time seems a bit out of order really, maybe an alternative could have been offered for the delay but nothing. I understand things can get delayed but service is shocking
