Myself and my family visited on Saturday with the intention of buying a pram and car seats and Direct 4 Baby did not disappoint. We were greeted by Taite as we arrived and he gave us time to wander round before starting our appointment. We had such a positive experience start to finish and Taite was the main reason for this. He took almost 2 hours with us and demonstrated multiple prams and car seats. He was very knowledgable about them all and on the safety specs which gave us such confidence and allowed us to make an informed decision. He took time to fit the car seat in my parents car to ensure it was compatible and to show them how to do it. He also offered us drinks whilst he talked through everything else. He wasn’t pushy with sales and made this clear from the start so we were immediately comfortable with him. We are extremely happy with our purchases and went on to buy more than we intended which is again credit to Taite as he advised us so well. We will definitely use Direct 4 Baby again and will recommend to friends. Thanks
