I received my daughters pram today the sheepskin insert was missing and am still awaiting the bag,foot muff and the parsol this pram is beautiful nikki in the Anitree store has been more than helpfull every time I have phoned as I have got to ship this pram to Australia nikki has gone out of her way to try and get this products to me
