Good service and customer care. I ordered a Doona car seat which was cheaper elsewhere. I contacted Direct 4 Baby to see if they can match the price, which they did. However, it took me about an hour to chat to their customer representative.
I’m happy with the product and it was delivered very quickly. I’d like to note that the description on the webpage is not quite accurate. It stated that the box will also include a seat protection cover; however it wasn’t the case. Otherwise, the car seat is great.
