Service was brilliant. So refreshing to be able to actually speak to a real person when we had a query, and a very knowledgable and helpful one too! Our only point of dissatisfaction was that the stair gate and extension we purchased, although very good quality, was almost impossible to assemble as the instructions and diagrams were worse than useless! After three hours we sort of worked it out but still not really right - but sheer frustration prevented us from trying any further. Not your fault, but the manufacturers!!
