I ordered the wayfarer 2020 bundle (pram carseat and isofix) After I ordered this product I had a look at the reviews on trustpiolet and unfortunately there are meany bad reviews so this worried me as I'd already had a bad experience with a different online website a week before. I rang direct 4 baby the next morning and was greeted by a lovely lady who was very understanding of why i called and very reassuring. She advised me that my order was due to leave them on that day and I should get the email later on in the afternoon. She apologised about the reviews and just explained. I was very surprised to receive my email from them and dpd to say its been dispatched and I had a number more emails keeping me in the loop up untill I had my pram delivered to my door. This was ordered on the Thursday evening and had my pram on the Saturday early afternoon. I can not recommend this company enough and would happily buy off them again, amzing service, brilliant prices and fast delivery. Thankyou very much direct 4 baby ☺☺
