I placed my order online for my pram and car seat bundle I was kept in the loop by the store the status of my delivery as they was waiting on stock of my car seat my order was expected mid February which was perfect as my little one was due March. My little decided to make an appearance very early a few days ago. I called the store to ask if they would be able to send my pram now and the car seat later and I would pay 2 lots of delivery I was prepared to buy another car seat to be able to bring little one back this weekend. I spoke to the most helpful lady called Lucy explained she said she would called back in a few minutes when she called she told me she had arranged for next day delivery of a car seat at no extra charge so I could bring baby home and my pram would be delivered on Tuesday and when my car seat arrives in stock will send that one out and arrange for a collection of the one she sent next day delivery. She had agreed to lend me a car seat from store to bring my baby home and for me not to spend more money on a seat. No other store would ever consider doing anything like this to help anyone I cannot thank Lucy enough for all her help and the kindness she offered I would 1million% recommend this store to everyone the best service ever
