I cannot fault the staff at the aintree store, they have been amazing every time I have been in with or without a sale! The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful in every way and do not mind giving you their time at all! As a result we have bought so many of our larger purchases from there. The after service is fabulous too if you have any queries on purchases you have already made! Thankyou so much guys, your assistance has been invaluable. My only criticism would be in respect of the head office as there where some delays in my pram getting to me, although this was through no fault of their own I did have to chase it a few times myself to get updates. I must point out I did raise this at the time though and received an apology and subsequent adjustments to the order where very promptly dealt with. Overall I am very happy with the service I have received and will continue to shop there.
