Went to aintree direct4baby today to start looking for a pram. It’s our first baby and had no idea where to start with prams/car seats etc. Nicky greeted us and helped us with things when we needed. She never pushed us with a purchase and was friendly with her advice. She even told us to go away and look around which put us even more at ease as we didn’t feel like she was pushing for a sale. We went away and returned the same day and purchased a pram from this store! Nicky tried the isofix in the car and let us put up and take down the pram and change all the seats how ever many times we wanted. Felt like what would of been a stressful day, turned out to be the most exciting experience! Thank you Nicky x
