I placed a order for a 125cc scooter and paid for delivery within 3 working days.
after 7 days I called to enquire where my purchased bike was I was told that the bike would not be available until next week via email even though the person I called stated it would be delivered either today or tomorrow.
After they stated I would not be delivered until the following week I decided to cancel the order on which I was CHARGED for delivery even though I never received the item.
£80 charge for not receiving the item due to direct bike messing me around with delivery.
Do NOT by a bike from these. They Think they are above the law. outrageously bad customer service
