Very pleased with the bumper protector I ordered from Direct Car Parts. Shipping took awhile but that was due to it having to be ordered from manufacturer direct and I guess needed to be made. It does state this in the description. I was happy to wait for this product. I did message them just to confirm delivery and got a message back with no problem. The bumper protector arrived via Royal Mail in the time stated unboxing it it was well packed and came with everything needed to fit. The protector itself is well made and fitted perfectly to my Ford Focus Active X. I was a bit concerned as my car has slightly different bumper to normal Focus Estates/Wagons but this area is the same. I know it does say active in the description but I’ve been there before. But I need not of worried. The protector came with 3m tape already applied, looked a little sparse, I decided to go with it with thought of putting more on if needed! Using the alcohol wipe that came with the protector I followed instruction of only wiping one way! Marked the centre and end locations of protector with tape, Removed the 3m tape cover strips and applied the protector to bumper! Well I needn’t of worried about amount of tape as it stuck first time with no issues. The colour of the plastic matches the cars plastic and I think it looks very good. I am very pleased with end result. Direct Car Parts did well and I will use them again. Only minor grip is shipping time but that’s not their fault and they do say on website. But it was well worth the wait. The price of the bumper protector is half that of Ford and even those on eBay! I’m not talking about the plastic film one, this is solid abs plastic. Good job.
