My order was collected from shop and did not have my contact number and therefore the staff were unable to telephone me I was told this was common Parcel force issue and then when I got home the two items I had purchased one was not what I had ordered. Can I suggest "Stop Using Parcel force" if this is true. I now telephoned the shop to be advised that I should call customer services to be told the 54deg loft of Cleveland lob wedge they did not stock and therefore they had replaced my order with the next loft size 56deg.
I was now advised that they knew of the purchasing error on their web site but it had not been addressed and I could return but if I had known when placing my order I would have placed with another company.
The reason for the 54deg Cleveland wedge was to use as a sand wedge as Callaway APEX irons now do not have a SW therefore as I'm just about to place an order for these APEX irons but will be considering where to purchase?
