This was close to being a one-star review but your Customer Services Supervisor saved the day. I ordered a golf shirt for my son's birthday which failed to arrive. I rang the store to be told that it was out of stock. Nobody had bothered to let me know either by phone or email. I re-ordered a similar shirt whilst on the phone. This also failed to turn up. I rang again. Yep, it was also out of stock. Yep, nobody bothered to let me know. I spoke to the Supervisor, a very nice, helpful lady. She offered me a more expensive shirt at no extra cost as way of compensation for the pretty awful service I had suffered. It arrived the next day. It has gone a long way in restoring my faith in DirectGolf so hence the four star rating, though that is purely for them eventually making good. Keep on top of your game boys, there's a lot of choice for customers out there.
