After ordering 2 Footjoy golf gloves for my wife online with the picture of the glove showing as white and the colour box on the order form had only one choice, which was white, I understandably expected to get 2 white gloves, which is what she wanted. I received a brown one and a black one and have now been told that they don't have any white ones and if I want to be re-imbursed then I must package them up, go to the post office and make sure I get a certificate of posting, in case of any problems. Is it worth the bother?
