This was my first order and it was unfortunate that one of the items I had ordered was out of stock (although the website showed it was in stock). The firm qiuckly contacted me and a replacement item was chosen. Service and delivery was excellent as was the quality of my items. The only reason that a 5 was not given was that the website was not updated quickly enough to reflect reality !! This was a minor glitch and was well handled by the staff. I shall certainly use the firm again.
