The team at DG were excellent and resolved a couple of issues over stock and returns. Highly recommended! However, ParcelForce were really bad. Despite instructions to deliver the packages to my local post office, the first went to another post office much further away without this info passed to me and they tried to deliver the second went I wasn't in. I would consider changing delivery service.
