AFTER THE DISAPPOINTMENT OF BEING TOLD BY STAFF MEMBER I WOULD HAVE TO TAKE MY BATTERY TO A MOTTOCADDY AGENT TO CHECK OUT MY BATTERY AND THEN BEING TOLD 4 DAYS LATER , THEY DID NOT HAVE THE EQUIPTMENT TO TEST IT. BUT LUCKILY AFTER SPEAKING TO jAMIE AND ESPECIALLY REBECCA I HAD MY REPLACEMENT BATTERY THE NEXT MORNING YOU ARE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE SOMEONE LIKE REBECCA IN YOUR CUSTOMER SEVICES DEPARTMENT SHE IS A GEM. I AM STILL A VERY HAPPY DIRECT GOLF CUSTOMER WHO WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN VERY SOON
