I ordered my putter whilst on holiday with my return date home being the 16 August 2015. When I ordered, the Direct Golf website stated that the item was out of stock and would not be available until 19 August, well after I return home from holiday to receive the item. I then received an email on 13 August telling me the item was being dispatched!
This obviously concerned me and I had to enter into email exchanges to sort the situation out, something I can do without in the middle of my holiday.
