I use this company for prizes for a golf society and spend £1,000+ a year so the prices paid for top quality products are always excellent value. However, 3 deliveries have been delayed this year due to items being out of stock after the order was submitted. I gave Direct Golf standing order instructions to substitute any out of stock items last year but their system failed to recognise this instruction. Recent orders have been trouble free and there's always a fiver off the next order so they are getting near "Very Good".
