I asked the sales person if he could leave the item with either a neighbour or put it in my waste bin as I would be out.
I also left a note on the front door but this was ignored and the item sent to the local post office which meant another journey.
The item itself is very good but passing on a message (to asssit me), only for it to be ignored (or not be actioned), is disappointing.
