I ordered a GPS and it arrived very promptly but unfortunately with some parts missing. I telephoned HQ and spoke to Scott. Within minutes he had arranged delivery of a new GPS and collection of the defective one. It is sometimes how companys deal with problems that show howgood they really are. Direct Golf must be one of the best on-line companys out there.
I would not hesitate in using them again.
