I purchased a Motocaddy Lithium 18 hole trolley from you as a gift for my boyfriend. Whilst I am happy with the product I recieved terrible service from the delivery company. I paid £4.99 for next day delivery expecting the product to arrive on a Friday however the delivery wasn't made and when I called the delivery company they said the driver had too many items on the van to make my delivery. I explained that I was vacationing on the Saturday for 2 weeks and there would be no one around to collect the item after 12pm and the gentleman who took my call said he would get the DC to call me and arrange for it to be delivered before 12pm on the Saturday. No one called and I wasn't able to speak to the customer service again on the saturday. The item was then delievered on the Monday to a neighbour. I am angry because I paid for next day delievery for 2 specific reasons: I wanted the item delievered before our holiday so I could give as a gift to my boyfriend and secondly because I didn't want a £500 purchase being left with neighbours for 2 weeks. As a result I will not order from your site again knowing I will be subjected to the same standards of service from your selected courier.
