Ordered a few items that were supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days....a week later still not arrived and told they would be delivered the following week due to 'computer' errors....this after chasing up customer service on two occasions. Very very poor service recovery...items will be returned if they ever arrive.
It was my first order and will be my last, will return to buying from American Golf, more reliable and better service
