Direct Golf as a company are fine but think they need to review who delivers their parcels. Parcel had arrived before Hermes updated the tracking information. Just knowing its 'at the distribution hub' is no help at all. Other parcel carriers give you an hour timeslot via text for when your parcel will be delivered for no extra cost.
