Hi, I am very disappointed with the delivery of my order of the 25th September, which I believe you dispatched on Wednesday 30th, as of today I have not had any further information or tracking details from your courier to inform me when I can expect delivery of the goods paid for 8 days ago.
I trust you will chase my order up on my behalf as part of this feedback and inform me of the likely delivery date please.
