I ordered a pair of trousers and a top 3 weeks ago. The site said both items were in stock and be delivered in due course. The funds were instantly taken from my bank account. After 2 weeks without delivery or any word from Direct Golf I called about the order. I was then told that the trousers were out of stock and I would receive a refund for the trousers and the top would be sent the next working day. If I hadn't have phoned, I'd still be waiting without word for my original order. A further week has passed with no delivery or refund. When I try and track the order on the Direct Golf website, it says no orders outstanding. I have been trying to contact Direct Golf since Friday 2/10/15 without success and a continuous message saying that all phones are down at head office. This whole ordeal has left me without any items that I ordered and out of pocket for the cost of the items. This has left me frustrated and extremely disappointed with the service and processes of Direct Golf and most likely won't be ordering anything from Direct Golf ever again.
