I placed an order on Thursday 19th November. I paid for next day delivery. I was sent a Tracking e-mail. I tracked the item on Friday there was no information available. I called your Customer Service Dept. and was told that the product didn't get sent from the Warehouse so delivery would now be Monday. I tracked the item again on Monday and saw that the item had been sent to the wrong depot, Inverness. I am in Durham!. I have been told by the Customer Service Dept. that it will now be delivered on Tuesday.
I have now waited in for 3 days to receive this. This is the first time I have used Direct Golf. I won't make that mistake again. What a useless, disorganised inefficient company!
